混凝土桥墩病害修补材料的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对碳纤维布、玻璃纤维布和复合防水布修补后的混凝土力学性能和耐久性试验,研究了这些修补材料对混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、抗剪强度、抗冲击性、耐磨性、抗冻性、抗渗性的影响规律。试验结果表明,碳纤维布和玻璃纤维布修补后的混凝土抗折强度和冲击韧性高于基准混凝土;玻璃纤维布和复合防水布修补后的混凝土抗剪强度高于基准混凝土;三种修补材料修补后混凝土的耐磨度、抗冻性、抗渗性均优于基准混凝土。 Through tests of mechanical properties and durability of repaired concrete by carbon fiber cloth,glass fiber cloth and composite waterproof cloth,the effects of these repairing materials on compressive strength,flexural strength ,shear strength,impact resistance,abrasion resistance,frost resistance and permeability resistance of concrete are studied.The results indicate that flexural strength and impact toughness of repaired concrete by carbon fiber cloth and glass fiber cloth is higher than those of the normal concrete;shear strength of repaired concrete by glass fiber cloth and composite waterproof cloth is higher than that of the normal concrete;and abrasion resistance,frost resistance and permeability resistance of repaired concrete by three repairing materials is higher than those of the normal concrete.
