摘要
针对传统混流式水轮机叶片设计较为复杂,且都是利用AutoCAD二维木模图进行表达,在直观表达上存在缺陷等问题,以混流式水轮机叶片的二维木模图为基础,利用Pro/E软件进行叶片的三维实体造型。采用虚拟上冠、确定叶片下缘处尖点及切割叶片的一系列方法,对叶片进行修型,从而可以准确得到混流式水轮机叶片的三维实体造型,为水轮机转轮内流动CFD分析、性能预测等提供了基础。
The traditional design of blades of Francis turbines based on two-dimensional pattern drawings by CAD software is relatively complex.It has defects in visual expression and manufacturing.Three-dimensional modeling of blades was designed on the basis of two-dimensional pattern drawings of blades by use of Pro/E.The blades were adjusted by means of a series of methods of assuming crowns,determining blade spires and cutting blades.Three-dimensional modeling of blades of Francis turbines was accurately obtained so as to provide reliable foundation for their CFD calculation and performance prediction.
