摘要
交联酶聚体是一种无需载体、无需酶的纯化、制备简单、成本低和高稳定性的新型固定化酶方法,具有广阔的应用前景。对交联酶聚体制备过程中影响酶活性的相关因素等最新研究进展进行了总结与分析。并对其应用及发展进行了展望,旨在为进一步的研究提供基础。
The cross-linked enzyme aggregates (CLEAs) are a new family of carder-free immobilized enzymes, which could be simply prepared without extensive protein purification and with low cost and high stability. The CLEAs technology has widely application prospect. The current research on the factors influencing the activity of CLEAs during preparation was summarized and analyzed. Besides, the application and development of CLEAs technology were also discussed to provide foundation for further research.
