摘要
对酸性α-淀粉酶应用于拌料酒精废水全回流技术进行了研究,结果表明,采用中温蒸煮,对拌料废水的淀粉质原料直接进行液化糖化,酒精废水全回流循环使用6次为佳,酒精的产量和质量不受影响,从而节约了水资源,降低了生产成本,减轻了废水对环境的污染。
Effect of application of a novel acid-stable a-amylase in recycling of ethanol filtrate was studied. It is showed that the optimum conditions were: cooking by medium temperature, starches in wastewater from mixing of raw materials liquefied and saccharified directly, wastewater from al- cohol recycled 6 times. Application of enzyme could efficiently reduce the pollution of ethanol distilled wastewater, decrease cost of ethanol produc- tion, and didn't influence the yield and quality of ethanol, as well.
