摘要
利用菌株B9发酵生产纤维素酶分解玉米秸秆制备可溶性膳食纤维,应用响应面法对培养基中影响纤维素酶活力关键因素的最佳水平进行研究。通过模型的拟合和推算得到在微晶纤维素、豆饼粉和吐温-80的浓度分别为18.45g/L、11.01g/L和0.90g/L时,模型预测纤维素酶活力为0.40U/mL,达到最优。验证值为0.41U/mL,预测值与验证值吻合较好。利用此发酵液降解秸秆制备可溶性膳食纤维,得率可达17%。
In this study, soluble dietary fiber was produced by strain B9 producing cellulase to decompose corn stalks. Response surface methodology was employed to determine the optimal concentrations of key factors. The optimal values of three parameters were as followed: icrocrystalline cellulose 18.45 g/L, soybean meal 11.01 g/L and tween-80 0.90 g/L. Under these conditions, the cellulase activity was 0.40 IU/ml, and the actual experi- mental result was 0.41 IU/ml. The production yield of dietary fiber by this fermentation liquor could reach 17%.
