平衡施肥对马铃薯产量和品质的影响

Effect of Balanced Fertilization on Yield and Quality of Potato

为了解平衡施肥对马铃薯的效果,就马铃薯产量和品质性状方面进行了平衡施肥和传统施肥的比较。结果表明,平衡施肥较传统施肥大薯率高,达73.9%,产量高达31011.15kg/hm2;平衡施肥较传统施肥马铃薯粗蛋白质和淀粉含量提高14.13%和15.78%;且平衡施肥经济效益好。

In order to understand the effect of balanced fertilization on potato, balanced fertilization and traditional fertilization on yield and quality of potato was compared.Results indicated that the ratio of bigger potato could be raised by balanced fertilization, and the high yield of 31 011.15 kg/ hm2 could be achieved under balanced fertilization.The crude protein and starch contents also increased.It was clear that the economic benefit of balanced fertilization on potato was better than traditional fertilization.
