紫茎泽兰对6种豆科植物的化感作用 被引量:20

摘要 以绿豆、豌豆、大豆、宽叶蔓豆、红豆和四季豆种子为材料,用去离子水浸提紫茎泽兰叶片化感物质,利用培养皿滤纸法研究不同浓度紫茎泽兰叶片浸提液对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明紫茎泽兰叶片浸提液对受试的不同植物的发芽率和幼苗生长的效应差异显著(P<0.05),其中,绿豆、豌豆、大豆对紫茎泽兰化感作用较敏感,四季豆最不敏感。 The aim of this study was to determine the effect of aqueous leaf extract from E.adenophorum on seed germination and seedling growth and explore the mechanism of allelopathy of E.adenophorum Spreng.A bioassay method was used to detect seed germination and seedlings growth of six species belonged to the Leguminosae after treated with different concentration aqueous leaf extract of E.adenophorum.The results indicated that aqueous leaf extracts of E.adenophorum had very different impacts on germination rate and seedling growth for different species tested in this study.Vigna radiata,Pisum sativum and Glycine max were sensitive to the allelopathy of E.adenophorum,while Phaseolus vulgaris was not.
