壳聚糖对盐胁迫下大豆幼苗抗盐性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以大豆为试验材料,研究壳聚糖对盐胁迫下大豆幼苗抗盐性的影响。结果表明,在中、重度盐胁迫下,大豆幼苗的各项指标较正常情况下都发生了变化,随着盐浓度的增加,大豆幼苗SOD活性、叶绿素含量、株高和干重均下降,MDA含量升高。壳聚糖处理后,幼苗SOD活性、叶绿素含量、株高和干重均有所提高,MDA含量下降。说明壳聚糖对盐害有一定的缓解作用。 Effects of chitosan on salt resistance of soybean seedlings under salt stress was studied.The results showed that various indicators of soybean seedlings had changed under the moderate and severe salt stress compared with normal circumstances.With the increasing of salt concentration, SOD activity, chlorophyll content, plant height and dry weight in soybean seedlings decreased, MDA content increased.With chitosan treatment, SOD activity, chlorophyll content, plant height and dry weight of seedlings increased some extent, and MDA content decreased.
