摘要
试验研究了不同硒源、不同硒剂量饲喂肉鸡后,血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及谷胱甘肽硫-转移酶(GSTs)活性的变化。将白羽雏鸡200只随机分成5组,基础日粮饲喂的为对照1组(处理Ⅰ),空白酵母饲喂的为对照2组(处理Ⅱ),加硒处理为亚硒酸钠组(处理Ⅲ)、酵母硒低剂量组(处理Ⅳ)、酵母硒高剂量组(处理Ⅴ),每组40只,试验期50d。用比色法测定血清中GSH-Px及GSTs活性。结果显示,处理Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ对GSH-Px的活性影响极显著地高于处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ(P<0.01),但处理Ⅰ与处理Ⅱ间差异不显著(P>0.05),且处理Ⅳ明显高于处理Ⅲ。鸡血清中GSTs的活性在处理Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ间差异均不显著,且与处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验证实,酵母硒能显著增高血清中GSH-Px的活性,增强机体的抗氧化能力,对GSTs活性的动态平衡具有一定的调节作用。
The effects of selenium yeast on GSH-Px and GSTs in blood serum of broilers was studied.200 Baiyu broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups, basal diet group one (Ⅰ), basal yeast diet group two (Ⅱ), sodium selenium group (Ⅲ), low dose yeast selenium group (Ⅳ), high dose yeast selenium group (Ⅴ).The GSH-Px and GSTs activity in serum were examined by colorimetric determination.In group Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ, the activity of GSH-Px was found higher than in groupⅠ, Ⅱ (P〈0.01).The activity of GSH-Px in group Ⅳ increased significantly than group Ⅲ.There were no significant difference among the five groups of GSTs (P〉0.05).The yeast selenium could enhance the activity of GSH-Px and the antioxidant capacity, as well as, it could adjust to the balance of GSTs in body.
