摘要
试验采用球虫卵囊粪便检查法对张家口市规模较大的3个兔场共900多个粪样进行检查。结果表明,幼兔球虫平均感染率为93.3%、感染强度(每克粪便中的卵囊数,OPG)范围为100~333400;青年兔球虫平均感染率为77.7%、感染强度范围为66~22000,种兔球虫平均感染率为85.7%,感染强度范围为100~28200;共鉴定出10个虫种,分别为斯氏艾美耳球虫、大型艾美耳球虫、肠艾美耳球虫、无残艾美耳球虫、中型艾美耳球虫、微小艾美耳球虫、梨形艾美耳球虫、黄艾美耳球虫、盲肠艾美耳球虫、穿孔艾美耳球虫。为有效防治兔球虫病提供了试验依据。
To choosing Eimeria strains for the selection of precocious lines and develop data for treatment and prevention of rabbits coccidiosis, epidemiology of rabbits coccidial infection were performed in Zhangjiakou city of Hebei province.A total of 900 fecal samples were collected from 3 large rabbitries for examination of oocysts via the classical floatation method.Results showed that the average infection rate of young rabbit by coccidia was 93.3%, while intensity ranged from 100 to 333 400 oocysts/g of faeces; young adult rabbit were infected 77.7%, intensity being from 66 to 22 000 ocysts/g of faeces; and breed rabbit were infected 85.7% , intensity being from 100 to 28 200 oocysts/g of faeces.Ten species were identified:Eimeria stiedai, Eimeria magna, Eimeria intestinalis, Eimeria irresidua, Eimeria midia, Eimeria exigue, Eimeria piriforms, Eimeria flarvescens, Eimeria coecicola, and Eimeria perforan.Rabbit coccidial infection was highly prevalence in Zhangjiakou city of Hebei province.
