摘要 采用水提醇沉法从柿叶中提取多糖,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了提取温度、提取时间及液固比对多糖提取率的影响,最终确定柿叶多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为提取温度100℃,提取时间60min,液固比为30∶1(mL∶g)。最佳提取条件重现性良好。 Crude polysaccharide was obtained with water extraction alcohol precipitation method from leaves of Diospyros kaki.By the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment, effects of extraction temperature, extraction time and rate of solution to solid on the yield of polysaccharides were studied.The optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows:the extracting temperature was 100℃, the extracting time was 60 min, the rate of solution to solid was 30∶1.This method was simple, rapid and accurate.
