摘要 以不同浓度1-MCP处理双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus),测定了过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量及蛋白质含量等生理指标。结果表明,10μg/L浓度下,POD、SOD、CAT、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量分别较对照组上升1950.00%、19.47%、389.42%、24.87%和3.46%,而MDA含量却比对照下降51.08%;100μg/L浓度下,POD、CAT、MDA、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量分别较对照组上升1150.00%、47.12%、20.29%、27.51%和4.61%,SOD活性反而下降2.07%。 Effects of 1-MCP on physiological and chemical characteristics of Agaricus Bisporus were studied through measuring the changes of peroxidase activity(POD), superoxide dismutase activity(SOD), catalase activity(CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar and protein content after 1-MCP treatments.The results showed that:compared with the controls, the POD、 SOD、 CAT, soluble sugar and protein were respectively increased by 1950.00%,19.47%,389.42%,24.87% and 3.46% under 10μg/L concentrations of 1-MCP treatment, while MDA content was decreased by 51.08%.The POD,CAT,MDA, soluble sugar and protein were increased by 1150.00%,47.12%,20.29%,27.51% and 4.61% under 100μg/L concentrations of 1-MCP, while SOD was decreased by 2.07%.
