摘要
在探索次黄嘌呤最佳流加方式的基础上,系统研究了后期流加次黄嘌呤对发酵液菌体浓度、pH值、残糖含量以及鸟苷产量的影响。结果表明,流加次黄嘌呤的最优方式为:流加浓度4.7%,发酵40h流加2mL,56h再流加1mL,次黄嘌呤利用转化效果较好;次黄嘌呤流加对发酵液菌体浓度和pH值基本无影响,次黄嘌呤流加对发酵液残糖含量影响较为显著,最高为对照的2倍;次黄嘌呤流加使得鸟苷产量提高了31.27%。
Effects of hypoxanthine feeding on guanosine fermentation such as cell concentration, pH, residual sugar and guanosine yield were studied on the basis of the exploration of the best hypoxanthine feeding way.The results indicated that the optimum feeding way of Hypoxanthine was the feeding 4.7% Hypoxanthine 2mL at fermentation 40h at first, then 1mL at 56h.And the results showed the hypoxanthine feeding had no effect on cell concentration and pH of fermentation broth, but decreased the using of the reducing sugar, two times of the control at end.And hypoxanthine feeding increased the production of guanosine by 31.27%.
