石墨炉原子吸收法测定粮食中的钴 被引量:2

摘要 运用石墨炉原子吸收法,采用低温原子化升温程序和不加改进剂测定粮食中的钴。结果检出限为26.52μg/L,样品钴含量均值为0.00322%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为5.6%。该方法减少了高温升温原子化程序对设备的损坏,以及改进剂引起的环境污染,且减少了干扰,提高了灵敏度,是一种较合理的检测粮食中钴的方法。 After atomizing at lower temperature, the cobalt (Co) in grain was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the detection limit was 26.52 μg/L, the average Cocontent in specimen was 0.003 22% and the relative standard deviation (n=6) was 5.6%.It was a reasonable method to detect Co in grain due to its high sensitivity and environmentally friendly without high temperature and improvers.
