摘要
通过测定青桐(Firmiana platanifolia)种子的千粒重、种子形状、含水量、粗脂肪含量和脂肪酸组成,初步分析青桐种子的形态和脂肪特性。结果表明,青桐种子千粒重、含水量、粗脂肪含量分别为121.0348g、10.23%和19.59%;青桐种子油中不饱和脂肪酸油酸、亚油酸含量分别为22.86%、42.43%。
In order to study the morphology and fat characteristics of Firmiana platanifolia seed, 1000-grain weight, shape, moisture, crude fat and fatty acid composition of Firmiana platanifolia seed were analyzed in this article.The results showed that 1000-seed grain weight was 121.034 8 g, seed moisture and crude fat were 10.23% and 19.59% respectively.The unsat-urated fatty acids in seed, including 22.86% oleic acid and 42.43% linoleic acid, were also observed.
