外来物种入侵与社会经济发展相关性研究综述

A Review of Domestic and Foreign Researches on the Correlation between the Alien Species Invasion and Socio-economic Development

提高全社会对外来物种入侵的防范意识,是保障国家生态安全、农业生产安全、人民群众身体健康、减少农民经济损失的迫切需要。从区域发展差异角度探究社会经济发展状况、预防及控制策略、生态环境变化与外来生物入侵的相关性,揭示人类活动与外来物种入侵的一般演化规律。最后基于可持续发展的理念与战略,提出外来入侵物种的控制策略及公共管理政策。

Alien species invasion is a hot issue having a significant impact on biodiversity and the ecological environment building in China.Analyzing the changes of ecological environment in specific regions, the correlation between the alien species invasion and socio-economic development, improving the social prevention awareness of alien species invasion, is the urgent need for the protection of national ecological safety, the safety of agricultural production, people＇s health and reducing economic losses of farmers.This reviews studied the relevance of alien species invasion and socio-economic development, prevention and control strategies, the ecological environmental change, from the perspective of regional development difference.This reviews revealed the general evolution of human activities and alien species invasion.Finally, based on the concept and strategy of sustainable development, this reviews propose control strategy and public management policy for alien invasive species.
