摘要 通过田间试验,比较了有机、特别和常规栽培对菜豆产量、品质及土壤养分含量的影响。结果表明,尽管差异不显著,有机栽培的菜豆产量仍是最高的。硝酸盐含量是常规>有机>特别,维生素C、可溶性糖和粗蛋白也都是常规的最高,但差异不显著。有机栽培能够改善土壤的养分水平,其中速效磷含量显著高于特别和常规栽培下的速效磷含量,但速效钾、全氮、碱解氮、土壤有机质含量在3种不同栽培方式下差异不显著。相对于特别和常规栽培,有机栽培下土壤pH变化相对小且差异显著。 A field experiment was carried out to study the impacts of organic cultivation (OC), special cultivation (SC) and conventional cultivation (CC) on yield and quality of kidney bean and the soil nutrient content. The results showed that although there was no significant difference, the yield was the highest in the OC. The order of the nitrate content in kidney bean among the three cultivation was CC〉OC〉SC. The contents of vitamin C, soluble sugar and crude protein were also highest in CC, but no significant difference was found among them. OC could improve soil nutrients, in which available phosphorus content was significantly higher than that in both SC and CC, but there was no significant difference among the three cultivations in the content of available potassium, total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and soil organic matter. Relative to SC and CC, OC had the least change of soil pH and there was a significant difference among them.
