摘要 利用剪纸称重法测得马铃薯叶片的实际面积,同时记录每个被测叶片的长度和宽度,得到近似面积,用实测面积和近似面积,求得矫正系数k为0.7264。以叶长(x1)、叶宽(x2)、叶长×叶宽为主要参数,建立了与叶面积(y)的回归方程y=ax+b。其中,叶长、叶宽与叶面积之间的相关系数分别为0.9152、0.9464,叶长和叶宽与叶面积的复相关系数为0.9868,在0.01水平下均达到了显著性。3个回归方程均可用于测算马铃薯的叶面积,其中以叶长×叶宽与叶面积的回归方程测算结果更为精确。 Using paper-weighing method to measure actual leaves area of potato, meanwhile record the length and width of each measured leaf to get approximate leaf area. Using measured area and approximate area to get correction coefficient k (0.726 4). Than, using leaf length (x1), leaf width (x2), leaf length × leaf width as main parameters, the regression equation (y = ax + b) with the leaf area (y) was established. The correlation coefficient between leaf length and leaf area and leaf width and leaf area were 0.915 2 and 0.946 4, respectively; the multiple correlation coefficient between leaf length and leaf area and leaf width and leaf area all were 0.986 8, and reached significant level under 0.01 level. Three regression equations can be used to measure the potato leaf area, in which the regression equation of leaf length × leaf width and leaf area had more precise calculated results.
