摘要
从2009年分离得到的马铃薯晚疫病菌(Phytophthora infestans)中随机选取15株菌株,在实验室条件下测定其对霜脲氰的敏感性,结果表明:甘肃省马铃薯晚疫病菌的菌株对霜脲氰较敏感,其EC50值为0.0766～0.4063μg/mL,平均EC50值为0.1506±0.08μg/mL,未发现抗性菌株,中间类型占86.7%,敏感菌株占13.3%。
15 isolates of Phytophthora infestans were collected from Gansu Province in 2009. Their sensitivities to cymoxanil were tested in lab. The results showed that the 15 isolates of Phytophthora infestans from Gansu Province were sensitive to cymoxanil with EC50 of 0.076 6～0.406 3 μg/mL, the average EC50 was 0.150 6±0.08 μg/mL. There was no resistant isolate, the mean type and sensitive type occupied 86.7% and 13.3%, respectively.
