中国稻种资源初级核心种质对白叶枯病的抗性聚类分析 被引量:2

摘要 就203份中国稻种资源初级核心种质对白叶枯病的抗性进行了评价。其中,有8个(3.94%)品种对供试的8个白叶枯病菌株(系)的抗性频率达到62.5%,抗性频率在50%以下的品种有188个(92.61%)。聚类分析结果表明,初级核心种质的粳稻品种对白叶枯病的抗性分为6类,其中第1类包括铁秆乌等12个品种,抗OS198、JS49-6,抗谱25.0%~62.5%;籼稻品种对白叶枯病的抗性可分为4类,其中第4类包括台中籼选等11个品种,高抗OS198,抗谱为12.5%~62.5%。 Resistance of the primary core collection of Chinese rice germplasm (including 203 accessions) to rice bacterial leaf blight was evaluated. There were eight (3.96%) varieties resistant to at least 62.5% of eight tested strains of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, and 188 varieties (92.61%) resistance to less than 50% of the tested strains of X. oryzae pv. oryzae. According to the results of clustering analysis, japonica rice from the primary core collection could be classified into six groups, the first group including 12 varieties (Tieganwu, et al.) which resistant to OS 198 and JS 49-6 with the resistance spectrums from 25.0% to 62.5%; indica rice could be classified into four groups, the fourth group including 11 varieties (Taizhongxianxuan, et al.) which high resistant to OS 198 with the resistance spectrums from 12.5% to 62.5%.
