江苏入海河道河口治导线研究

Regulation lines of sea entering estuaries in coastal zone of Jiangsu Province

为了指导江苏河口滩涂资源合理开发,加强江苏入海河口管理,维持江苏入海河流挡潮闸闸下港道排水能力,采用遥感卫片以及GIS(地理信息系统)分析、水动力数值模拟、泥沙水力特性试验等方法分析了闸下港道变化情势、河口滩涂对闸下港道淤积影响、归槽落潮滩涂保护范围和港道整治工程范围,并在分析结果的基础上,确定了河口治导线划定原则.应用结果表明,河口治导线划定原则可用于沿海滩涂开发利用建设项目,并可指导江苏沿海可持续开发利用和保护.

In order to guide the rational development of shoal resources in estuaries,to strengthen the management of sea entering estuaries and to maintain the discharge capacity of tidal locks of sea entering channels in Jiangsu Province,the remote sensing satellite images,GIS analysis,hydrodynamic modeling,sediment experiments were employed to analyze the evolution of channels downstream the locks,the influences of reclamation on sedimentation in downstream channels,the protected ranges of catchment basin for ebb tides and regulation projects. On such a basis,the principles for the regulation lines of sea entering estuaries were proposed. The results of examples show that the principles of the regulation lines of estuaries can be applied to the development and utilization of coastal projects and can guide the sustainable utilization and protection of coastal zone in Jiangsu Province.
