摘要
PLC在控制复杂并发事件过程中,一般编程语言存在编程复杂、不易理解、调试难度大等问题,采用SFC编程是一种非常有效的方法。该方法具有编程清晰、直观,调试方便等特点。通过对比PLC编程语言的特点,分析和验证了SFC在复杂并发事件过程中编程的优越性。以复杂的气密试验台控制系统为例,介绍了并发事件过程中如何应用SFC来进行控制程序的设计。实际应用结果表明,SFC编写的程序条理清晰,效率高,调试修改方便。
In the process of complicated concurrent events,it's not easy for PLC's programming to use general programming language as well as understanding and debugging is difficult while using SFC to program is a very effective method.SFC method has the programming clear,intuitive and convenient in debugging and so on.By comparing the characteristics of PLC programming languages,it shows that SFC has the advantages of programming in the process of complicated concurrent events.Taking the complicated gas-tight test-platform control system,it introduces how to use SFC to carry out control program design in the concurrent process.The results show that the orderliness of SFC programming is clearly,the efficiency is high and the debugging revision is convenient.
