摘要
在高功率射频发射机系统中,电子管阳极要求供电电源要稳定可靠、安全性高。该文介绍基于PSM技术的直流高压电源的工作原理,研究了电源模块的组成,控制、保护系统电路设计以及PLC控制系统的软件编程,着重分析了IGBT的开关特性,给出在不同电路条件下的电源开启/关闭测试参数。
In high power RF transmitter system,the tube anode needs stabilization and safety power supply.The paper introduces the researching of the HVDC power based on PSM technology.The unit consists,the control and protection system's circuit design,also introduce the software of control system programming of PLC control system.The paper also gives the on-off test parameter of the power in different circuit.
