汽车发动机活塞裙部外形型线的计算机辅助设计与优化

摘要 探讨了汽车发动机活塞裙部外形型线的设计理论和方法,通过Pro/E软件的精确造型技术建立活塞的精确三维几何模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算分析了活塞热态变形。然后根据热态变形分析结果,对活塞裙部外形型线进行设计与优化,获得了相应的型线参数和数据,并经过反复试验后投入实际生产。实践结果表明,裙部外形型线设计合理,活塞具有较好的工作性能,活塞裙部与气缸之间贴合良好,无拉缸、敲缸,以及明显擦伤和磨损等现象发生。该设计方法应用效果明显,工程实用价值较高。 Theory and method of automobile engine piston skirt profile curve designing is probed in this article.Through the precise modeling technology of Pro/E software,the precise three-dimensional geometry model of automobile engine piston is created,and utilizing the ANSYS FEA software,thermal-deformation of the piston is calculated and analyzed.Thena,ccord-ing to the thermal-deformation analysis,the piston skirt profile curve is designed and optimized,with parameters and data of the curve being obtained,which have been tested repeatedly and then put into production.The practice result indicates that the skirt profile curve is rational.The piston has a good working performance and excellent matches between skirt and cylin-der,and there is no scuffing,piston slap,obvious abrasion and wear happening.This designing method has an obvious appli-cation effect,being of great engineering practical value.
