摘要
通过一维仿真计算及试验验证的方法,分析了MIXPC排气系统在8V150柴油机上的应用情况。结果表明,MIXPC排气系统与原机的脉冲转换排气系统相比较,标定点的油耗有所降低,排温略有上升,而低速点的油耗和排温都有了较大的升高。
The performance between MIXPC system and MPC system is compared by 1-D simulation and bench test.It has been shown that the fuel consumption of MIXPC system is reduced at rated power mode,and the exhaust temperature increases slightly.But both of the fuel consumption and the exhaust temperature increase obviously at low speed mode.
