摘要
基于单个齿与永磁体产生磁阻力的分析,推导出电机的磁阻力。采用有限元法,分析电枢边端齿的磁场分布情况。缩短边端齿以改变边端磁场分布,减小边端效应引起的磁阻力。样机测试结果表明本文提出的方法可行。
The magnetic detent force of the permanent-magnet sync-servo line motor is deduced based on the analysis of that force produced by individual tooth and the magnet.Using the finite element method,the distribution of magnetic field at the end teeth of stator is analyzed.The distribution is varied by shortening the end teeth.The test result on prototype shows that the proposed method is feasible.
