摘要
根据生产发展需要,针对采煤机用防爆型水冷电动机的要求,依据电动机热量传递图调整了电磁负荷分布,使热源分布进行优化设计,其散热水路采用了往复式水路,相应提高了电动机自身散热能力。通过建立的热传导模型图对电机定子绕组温升进行了计算,并对电动机的机轴和机座以及花键经过了强度校算,试验结果表明,所设计的电动机在现场运行良好,方法合理有效。
According to the needs of production development,for the requirements of flameproof water-cooled three-phase motor in shearer,adjusts the electromagnetic load distribution by the heat transfer plan of motor to optimize the design of heat distribution,its water-cooled pipeline with a reciprocating water increases correspondingly the self-cooling ability of motor.Calculates the stator coil temperature rise of motor through the establishment of model diagram of heat conduction,and verifies the strength of crankshaft,base and spline in motor by calculation,the experimental results show that the designed motor is running well in the field,the designed method is reasonable and availability.
