摘要
应用频谱谐波技术对液压支架结构件振动时效和热时效两种方法进行了对比,检测结果表明:振动时效在消除结构件应力方面效果与热时效相同,但在稳定工件尺寸精度,提高工件抗载荷能力方面明显优于热时效。
Compares thermal aging method to vibratory stress relief method for structural parts of hydraulic support by using the harmonic spectrum technology,the detection results show that the vibratory stress relief in the elimination of structural part’s stress has the same effect as thermal aging,but to workpieces in stability of dimensional accuracy and in the increase of load capacity are superior than thermal ageing.
