摘要
分析了目前煤矿井下电动机远程控制电路存在的自起动问题,通过电路的对比测试,并利用两绕组闭锁继电器的双稳态功能,设计了基于闭锁型继电器的电动机远程控制电路。电路经测试表明,能识别控制线路所可能发生的各种故障,并在任何情况下均不会发生自起动现象,提高了煤矿井下电动机远程控制电路的安全性与可靠性。
Analyzes the self-starting problem existing in the remote control circuit of the motor underground the current coal mine,designs the remote control circuit of motor based on latching relay to transfer respectively start signal and stop signal through two loop-circuits by the use of bistable function of two-winding latching relay.As a result of test,the circuit can identify the various faults that may occur in the control circuit,the self-starting things will not happen in any case,and raises the safety and reliability of the remote control circuit of motor.
