Improve bittern ratio to reduce crude salt consumption

通过对济宁中银电化有限公司离子膜法制碱生产系统的SO24-平衡和水平衡分析,讨论了影响掺卤比例的因素,提出了提高掺卤比例的有效途径并加以运用,对掺卤制碱的经济效益进行了初步测算,效果较明显。

By the analysis of SO24-balance and water balance in the ionic membrane caustic soda production system,the main impact factor on mixing ratio of the bittern were discussed,and the effective method to improve the mixing proportion of bittern were put forward and applied.The economic profits was calculated preliminarily,and the result was better.
