摘要
军用电子元器件是电子装备、电子信息系统和武器装备控制系统的基础,直接影响到军事装备的性能和功能,是武器装备发展的基础,也是军民两用技术发展的重要支柱。文中在分析国外军用电子元器件最新发展动向的基础上,重点分析研究了一些对军用电子装备和信息系统具有重要意义的电子元器件的发展方向和技术难题,以期对我国军用电子信息系统和元器件的研发提供参考。
The military electronic component is the basis for the electronic equipment, electronic system and weapon control system, which can directly affect the performance and functions of the weapon systems and is the key support for the development of military and civil technologies. Based on the developing activities of military electronic components aboard, the trends and technical problems during the development of military electronic components are analyzed and researched, which are significant for the development of electronic equipent, electronic systems.
