灯盏花对慢性低氧大鼠心肺组织SOD活性和MDA含量影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨灯盏花对慢性低氧大鼠心肺组织损伤的保护作用。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、低氧组、灯盏花组,对照组不作任何处理;低氧组、灯盏花组每天低氧10 h(低氧舱中,吸入氧气浓度为9%~11%,10 h/d),灯盏花组在低氧前,每天腹腔注射灯盏花注射液4 ml/kg。4 w后,分别测定各组大鼠心肺组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果与低氧组比较,对照组及灯盏花组心肺组织匀浆SOD活性明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA含量明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组比较,灯盏花组心肌SOD活性降低,MDA含量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论慢性低氧大鼠心肺组织存在氧化抗氧化失衡,灯盏花注射液能够在一定程度上减轻这种失衡。 Objective To explore the protective effects of Herba Erigerontis on rats with heart and lung damages induced by chronic hypoxia.Methods 30 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group,hypoxic group and Herba Erigerontis group.The control group did not received any treatment,while both hypoxic group and Herba Erigerontis group were placed in hypoxic chamber with the oxygen concentration between 9% and 11% for 10 h each day.In addition,Herba Erigerontis group was given Herba Erigerontis Injection at 4 ml/kg a day before hypoxic treatment.Four weeks later,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and malonaldehyde(MDA)content in the homogenate of heart and lung tissues of each group were measured,respectively.Results Compared with hypoxic group,SOD activity in control group and Herba Erigerontis group increased significantly,while MDA content in these two groups decreased significantly in the homogenate of heart and lung tissues(P0.05 or P0.01).Compared with control group,SOD activity in Herba Erigerontis group was significantly lower and MDA content was significantly higher in heart tissue(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion It seems that the imbalance of oxidation and anti-oxidation exists in heart and lung tissues of rats treated by chronic hypoxia and Herba Erigerontis Injection can improve this imbalance to some extent.
