摘要
采用H_2-TPR、XPS和XRD方法对SHN-01F催化剂进行了表征。表征结果显示,SHN-01F催化剂中Ni晶粒小,粒径分布窄,分散良好。在连续加氢装置上,分别以工业C_5~C_9^+全馏分裂解汽油和C_6~C_8中间馏分裂解汽油为原料,模拟工业生产工况对SHN-01F催化剂进行了评价;考察了工艺条件、SHN-01F催化剂的抗干扰性、稳定性和老化-再生性能等。实验结果表明,SHN-01F催化剂具有优良的操作性能,在H_2与原料油体积比为80:1~120:1、液态空速为3.75~5.00h^(-1)的条件下均具有良好的活性;SHN-01F催化剂对胶质、水、噻吩硫等杂质的抗干扰性能较好;SHN-01F催化剂稳定性良好,综合性能优良,具有良好的工业应用前景。
SHN-01 F nickel-based catalyst was characterized by means of H2-TPR, XPS and XRD, and used in first-stage selective hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline with C5 -C9 rude pyrolysis gasoline (RPG) as feedstock under high LHSV. The results showed that SHN-01F catalyst was good in small nickel nano-crystal grain, narrow particle size distribution and dispersity. Evaluation of SHN- 01F catalyst was carried out in a continuous hydrogenation unit with C5 -C9^+ and C6 -C8 as feedstocks under industrial operation conditions. The evaluations involved the operation conditions of the selective hydrogenation, effects of contaminants ( colloid, water and thiophene) on the selective hydrogenation, the catalyst stability and aging-regeneration of the catalyst. The SHN-01 F catalyst possessed excellent performance under the operation conditions: V( H2 ) : V(oil) 80 : 1 -120 : I and the fresh pyrolysis gasoline LHSV 3.75 - 5.00 h 1 The SHN-01F under low-temperature, high LHSV and feedstock catalyst demonstrated good synthetical performance with contaminants, and its service life was long.
