摘要
高校教师"退出难"的主要原因有:观念意识原因——身份终身制观念,考核原因——认为考核欠科学,不认同考核结果;配套制度原因——保障制度不配套;管理体制原因——高校炒老师缺乏普适性依据;再就业原因——难以找到合适的工作等;文中指出了解决高校教师退出难的对策,即深入动员:观念引导,建立科学的考评制度、严格考核,建立规范的退出标准与合理的程序,完善配套制度、制定得力的再就业措施,改革坚定、操作有度等。
This paper introduces two typical cases of university teachers’ quit, and analyses the main reasons, which are: the concept of sense of reason, the concept of tenure status, evaluation reasons, which hold that the assessment is not scientific, it disagrees with examination results, the system reasons--security system was not completely matching, management system reasons --lack evaluation basis to dismiss college teachers, re -employment reasons--difficult to find suitable work; this article points out the measures to solve the difficulty of dismissing college teachers: guiding the establishment of a scientific appraisal system, strict examination, establishing standardized procedures and reasonable exit criteria, improving the supporting systems, developing effective re-employment measures.
