妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A与缺血性脑血管病及相关炎症因子的关系 被引量:1

Relationship of pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and inflammation factors

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A与缺血性脑血管病及相关炎症因子的关系。方法:首次发生颈内动脉系统缺血性脑血管事件住院患者116例,分为急性脑梗死组72例和短暂性脑缺血发作组44例,选择同期门诊体检者38例为对照组,检测3组炎症因子水平及头颅CT检查,并进行分析。结果:急性脑梗死组和短暂性脑缺血发作组妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A高于对照组(P<0.05)。不同面积脑梗死组血清妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A和超敏C反应蛋白的相关性最高(r=0.644)。妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A对急性脑梗死和短暂性脑缺血发作的ROC分析,AUC分别为0.61±0.05,0.57±0.05。结论:血清妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A是缺血性脑血管病的危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship of pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and inflammation factors.Methods One hundred and sixteen inpatients with carotid ischemic cerebrovascular events occurring for the first time,were divided into acute cerebral infarction group(n=72) and transient ischemic attack group(n=44),and other 38 normal people were as controls.The inflammation factors were detected and head CT scanning was performed.A statistic analysis was done.Results Pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A in acute cerebral infarction group and transient ischemic attack group was higher than that in control group(P0.01).There was no statistic difference in the pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A levels in acute cerebral infarction of different size(P0.05).There was the closest relationship between pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(r=0.644).Pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A was a better index for the diagnosis and prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction and transient ischemic attack than other indexes,and the AUCs were 0.61±0.05 and 0.57±0.05,respectively.Conclusion Pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A is a risk factor for ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
