全程计划性健康教育在肿瘤住院化疗病人中的应用效果及分析

The Effect and Analysis of the Whole Term Designed Health Education in Hospitalized Cancer Patients

目的探讨全程计划性健康教育在肿瘤住院化疗病人中的应用。方法对住院肿瘤化疗病人在入院时、化疗前、化疗中、化疗后进行健康教育。结果有全程计划的健康教育使病人对护理工作的满意度明显提高。结论有全程的计划健康教育能有效提高病人对化疗的认识及对化疗毒副反应的自我应对能力,同时有助于提高住院肿瘤化疗病人对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To evaluate the application of whole term designed health education in hospitalized cancer patients.Methods The hospitalized cancer patients were implemented the health education on admission,before,during and after the chemotherapy.Results The whole term designed health education made the patients＇ degree of satisfaction for the nursing increase significantly.Conclusion The whole term designed education can effectively help the patients know more about chemotherapy and how to deal with the adverse effect,and also help to satisfy them with the hospital nursing service.
