摘要 目的评价320排容积CT在冠脉成像低剂量扫描的应用价值。方法对临床拟诊断为冠心病的120例患者,进行宽探测器平台下动态容积扫描,将其分为常规组(A组)和低剂量组(P组),每组60例。A组采用CTA/CFA扫描方法,P组采用前瞻性冠脉扫描方法,对A组和P组图像质量、容积CT剂量指数(CTD Ivol)和有效剂量(ED)进行评估。结果 A组和P组冠脉成像的图像质量两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。A组和P组的CTDIvol分别为(36.3±3.48)mGy/cm和(17.4±1.67)mGy/cm,ED分别为(9.87±0.96)mSv和(4.73±0.43)mSv,P组的CTD Ivol和ED均明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论低剂量扫描方法能明显降低受检者的射线剂量,又能达到诊断要求,值得推广。 Objective To evaluate the value of 320 slice CT in coronary artery imaging with low-dose scanning.Methods 120 pati ents diagnosed for coronary heart disease were scanned dynamically on the wide probe platform,and were divided into the conventional group(A group) and low-dose group(P group),60 cases each group.The scanning method of CTA/CFA was used in the Group A and prospective CTA in the Group P,the image quality,CTA Ivol and ED in both Group A and Group P were evaluated.Results The image quality had no significantly difference between the two groups(P0.05).CTD Ivol of Group A and Group P was(36.3±3.48) mGy/cm and(17.4±1.67) mGy/cm respectively,(9.87±0.96) mSv and(4.73±0.43) mSv for ED.CTD Ivol and ED of Group P were obviously lower than those of Group A(P0.05).Conclusion The low-dose scanning method can significantly reduce radiating dose of the patients,and can meet the demands of diagnose,which is worth popularizing.
