手法复位配合中医饮食疗法对肱骨外科颈骨折患者的疗效观察

The Effect Observation of Manual Reduction Combined with Dietotherapy of TCM for Treating the Patients with Fracture of Surgical Neck of Humerus

目的观察手法复位配合中医饮食疗法对肱骨外科颈骨折患者的临床疗效。方法 60例肱骨外科颈骨折患者随机分为两组,干预组手法复位后小夹板固定配合中医饮食疗法,对照组手法复位后小夹板固定按常规饮食,观察两组间总体疗效及骨折处骨密度改善情况、骨折愈合时间。结果干预组骨折处骨密度明显高于对照组,骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论手法复位配合中医饮食疗法可以促进骨骼生长,缩短骨折愈合时间。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of manual reduction combined with dietotherapy of TCM for treating the pat ients with fracture of surgical neck of humerus.Methods 60 patients with fracture of surgical neck of humerus were randomly dividend into the intervention group（n=30） and the control group（n=30）.After the manual reduction and small external fixation splint,the control group had usual diet and the intervention group had dietotherapy of TCM.And the curative effect,condition improved of bone density and the time of bone heals were observed.Results The bone density of the intervention group was higher than that of control group（P0.01）,and the time of bone heals in the intervention group was shorter than that in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The manual reduction combined with dietotherapy of TCM can promote bone growth,shorten the healing time.
