盐酸左西替利嗪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性湿疹的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Levocetirizine Hydrochoride Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in Treating Chronic Eczema

目的探讨盐酸左西替利嗪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性湿疹的临床效果。方法将在我院治疗的慢性湿疹患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗措施,观察组在对照组的基础上给予盐酸左西替利嗪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗。结果治疗后两组患者EASI评分及瘙痒程度评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者EASI评分及瘙痒程度评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.43%,对照组为62.86%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良治疗副反应。结论盐酸左西替利嗪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性湿疹疗效显著,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of levocetirizine hydrochoride combined with compound glycyrrhizin in treating chronic eczema.Methods 70 patients with chronic eczema were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group received the treatment of normal therapeutic measures,and the observation group received the treatment of levocetirizine hydrochoride combined with compound glycyrrhizin.Results The scores of EASI and pruritus degree in the two groups after treatment were superior to those before treatment（P0.05）.The scores of EASI and pruritus degree in the observation group after treatment were superior to those in control group（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 91.43% in the observation group and 62.86% in the control group,and there was significant difference in them（P0.05）.There were no significantly adverse side effects in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of levocetirizine hydrochoride combined with compound glycyrrhizin in treating chronic eczema is obvious,which is worth being used widely.
