Clinical Nursing of Artificial Ostomy Bag in Treating Enterocutaneous Fistula

目的探讨人工造口袋治疗肠外瘘的应用及护理措施。方法将2007年1月至2010年1月间在我院治疗的肠外瘘患者16例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予传统引流及护理措施,观察组给予人工造口袋引流并给予相应的护理,评定临床护理效果。结果经过系统的临床护理,观察组患者在愈合时间、换药次数、辅料消耗及住院费用方面明显低于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在引流管周围皮炎、切口感染及衣物污染率方面低于对照组。观察组患者在躯体活动、疼痛、睡眠、社会生活等方面得分明显低于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工造口袋治疗肠外瘘的应用及临床护理措施效果更确切,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and nursing of artificial ostomy bag in treating enterocutaneous fistula.Methods 16 patients with enterocutaneous fistula in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2010 were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received the tradition drainage and the nursing measrues,and the observation group received the artificial ostomy bag and the nursing measrues,the results of clinical nursing were assessed.Results The healing time of orificium fistulae,time of change dressings,adjuvant consumption and cost of hospitalization in the observation group were fewer than those in control group,and there was significant difference in them（P0.05）.The rate of dermatitis,postoperative infection and clothing pollution in the observation group were fewer than those in control group.The scores of body action,pain,sleep and social life in the observation group were more than those in control group,and there was significant difference in them（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effects and nursing of artificial ostomy bag in treating enterocutaneous fistula are obvious and the merits are more,so it is worth being used widely.
