摘要
利用启动子陷阱技术,鉴定和分离了一个在拟南芥菜的维管束和花药的绒毡层细胞中高度特异性表达的基因。经鉴定,该基因全长为4.4kb,编码一种与RNAhelicaseA高度同源的蛋白。组织化学和原位杂交的证据表明,该基因只在维管束中少数细胞内转录、翻译并在原位发挥作用。
By the aid of promoter trapping,a vascular and tapetum specifically expressed gene was identified,characterized and expressionally analyzed.The results showed that the gene was 4.4 kb in length,coding a protein highly homologous to RNA helicase A.Histochemical and tissue in situ hybridization analysis revealed that it was expressed and processed in xylem and tapetum cells,and functions in these cells only.
