In China, carbon Finance has great market space, therefore, we should actively develop carbon finance, access to the initiative： the development of carbon finance to actively develop the strategic plan; to improve the regulatory and legal framework for carbon fi- nance; to foster financial innovation, the carbon mechanism, and carbon financial instruments; to improve the carbon financial intermediation services; to build a trading platform; to actively promote an international carbon trading yuan-denominated process,and so on.
