萝卜雄性不育系与保持系叶绿体基因组离体翻译产物的比较

Comparative Study on Translated Products of Chloroplast Genome between the Male Sterile Line and its Maintainer Line in Radish

以萝卜雄性不育系８４１８Ａ及其保持系８４１８Ｂ为材料，经不连续Ｐｅｒｃｏｌ梯度分离出完整叶绿体，以３５Ｓ－甲硫氨酸标记离体叶绿体合成的蛋白质，对类囊体膜蛋白和基质蛋白分别经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分离和放射自显影，发现由叶绿体基因组编码的类囊体膜蛋白和基质蛋白在不育系和保持系间有明显差异。

The intact chloroplast of the male sterile line 8418KG*9A and its maintainer line 8418 B in radish were isolated with the methods of twosteps percoll gradients.The proteins synthesized during the translation in the isolated chloroplast were labelled with 35Smethionine.The proteins of thylakoid membrane and stroma were analysed respectively by SDSPAGE and autoradiography.The results showed that the express patterns of proteins from thylakoid membrane and stroma of the male sterile line were different from those of the maintainer line.
