摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)为主单体,阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和阴离子单体2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸(AMPS)为辅进行三元共聚制得一种酸液稠化剂。将2.5%稠化剂溶于15%的盐酸中,发现其溶解性能好,并且在90℃条件下,其热稳定性在60%以上;当体系温度在90℃以下时,稠化剂的表观粘度大于20mPa.s;随着温度升高,稠化剂的粘度下降幅度明显小于PAM,并且其剪切稳定性能达80%以上,明显好于PAM;通过缓速实验发现其缓速性能良好,能有效提高酸化效果。
Adopting AM as the main monomer,cationic monomer DMDAAC and anionic monomer AMPS as the auxiliaries,ternary copolymerization has been implemented and then an acid thickener is obtained.Dissolving 2.5% thickener in 15% hydrochloride,it is found that the thickener has good solubility.At 90℃,its thermal stability is over 60%.When the system temperature is below 90℃,apparent viscosity of the thickener is over 20mPa·s.With temperature increasing,its descent rate is significantly lower than that of PAM,and the shear stability is over 80%,which is much better than that of PAM.The thickener has good retardative property,which can improve the acidizing effect.
