厂区供暖系统管理的若干问题及对策

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES FOR HEATING SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

针对抚顺石化化工塑料厂的供暖现状,结合近几年该厂技术改造及量化管理的实践,就北方地区供暖系统普遍存在的供暖用户冷暖不均、管网失调、系统气堵、失水严重、系统超压或压力波动等问题,作了具体的分析和评价,并提出解决办法及改进意见。

There are some problems about heating system in northern China,such as uneven cold and lot of heat supply for users,network maladjustment,gas blocking,severe water loss,overpressure and pressure fluctuation.In this study,aiming at the present situation of heating supply in petrochemical plastic plants,the analysis on the problems is concretely combining with technical modification and quantitative management practice.Solution and suggestion on improvement are given.
