应用DHS内固定治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折41例

Dynamic Hip Screw （DHS） internal fixation used for 41 cases of elder patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur

目的：探讨DHS内固定治疗老年性股骨粗隆闻骨折的临床效果。方法：41例老年性股骨粗隆间骨折给予DHS内固定治疗和科学的康复锻炼。结果：DHS手术治疗总有效为95．1％，显效率为80．5％，显示了较好的临床效果。结论：DHS应用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗，并配合科学的功能康复锻炼，能显著提高临床效果，改善患者生活质量，是患者值得考虑的手术选择之一。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of DHS internal fixation used for elder patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur. Methods： 41 cases of elder patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur were given surgery of DHS internal fixation and scientific functional exercise. Results： The patients with surgery of DHS has the 95.1% of total effective rate and 80.5% of efficiency rate, it showed good clinical effect. Concluslon~ DHS combined with scientific functional exercise used in recovery of elder patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur, can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients, so it is a advisable choose for surgery.
