网格化管理在居民健康档案建立中的应用初探

目的：探讨网格化管理模式对建立居民健康档案的作用。方法：我站自2009年开始实施社区卫生服务网格化管理，比较网格化管理实施前后的建立居民健康档案的工作量和社区居民的满意度。结果：实行网格化管理后，建立居民健康档案的工作量明显上升；社区居民的满意率明显提高。结论：运用网格化管理可以有效提高工作质量，提高社区居民的满意度。

Objective To approach the effectiveness of Grid Management Model on establish resident healthy archive. Methods Our station enforce community health service Grid Management Model from 2009, to compare the work load of establish resident healthy archive and the satisfaction of resident after enforce Grid Management Model , Results The work load of establish resident healthy archive rise obviously after enforce Grid Management Model, the satisfaction of resident elevate obviously. Conclusions Grid Management Model can elevate occupation quality , elevate the satisfaction of resident .
