120例煤矿工人慢性肺心病病因分析

目的：探讨矿区煤矿工人肺心病患者中煤矽肺心病与慢性阻塞性肺疾病（以下简称慢阻肺病，COPD）肺。病的差别，对矿区慢性肺。病防治提供依据。方法：对我院2005年12月～2008年12月间120例慢性肺心病患者进行病因分析。结果：肺心病病因以COPD明显高于矽肺组（P〈0．01），矽肺患者罹患慢性肺心痛明显高于COPD（P〈0．01）。
