磨牙残冠残根保存治疗修复的临床疗效分析

Clinical evaluation Of residual crowns and roots Of molars restored with post--core crowns following root canal treatment

目的：探讨磨牙残冠残根经根管治疗后桩核冠修复的临床效果。方法：对于可保留的残冠残根，经根管治疗后，进行桩核冠修复。结果：经过1—2年的随访，经过治疗修复的38颗磨牙都取得良好的临床效果。结论：在严格选择适应证和规范临床操作情况下，残冠残根进行完善根管治疗和桩棱冠修复是磨牙保存的有效治疗手段。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of residual crowns and roots of molars restored with post--core crowns after root canal treatment. Methods：Root canal treatment was first conducted and then post--core crowns were fabricated in all residual crowns and roots. Results：Following up 1 --2 years after restoration, 38 residual crowns and roots restored with post--core crowns following root canal treatment all achieved good clinical resuits. Conclusion：Residual crown and root can be well reserved by complete root canal treatment combined with post--core crown if the indication is strictly chosen and complying with clinical operation standard.
