摘要
目的：对于微创治疗老年Ⅲ型Pilon骨折进行分析。方法：我院自2006年1月～2009年6月共收治Ⅲ型Pilon骨折老年患者20例，均采用微创治疗。结果：本组病例就诊后24h内即明确诊断者15例（75％），就诊后2～4d内明确诊断者5例（26％）。20例老年Ⅲ型Pilon骨折患者经过微创治疗之后，显效20例（100％），有效19例（95％），无效1例（5％），总有效率95％。有效的19例患者骨折全部愈合，无延迟愈合或不愈合。骨折临床愈合时间7—12周，平均8．5周，无发生皮肤软组织感染、坏死。结论：微创治疗老年Ⅲ型Pilon骨折效果良好。
Objective： Minimally invasive treatment for the elderly Ⅲ Pilon fracture analysis. Methods： in our hospital from January 2006 to June 2009 were treated ⅢPilon fractures in elderly patients, 20 cases of minimally invasive treatment. Results： The patients within 24 h after the doctor that diagnosed in 15 cases （75%）, and the patients within 2 ~ 4 d after the diagnosis in 5 patients （25%）. 20 eases of elderly patients with type Ⅲ Pilon fractures after minimal invasive therapy, markedly effective in 20 cases （100%）, effectire in 19 cases （95%）, 1 patient （5%）, the total effective rate 95%. Effective in patients with fractures healed in 19 eases, delayed union or nonunion. Healing time of 7--12 weeks, average 8. 5 weeks, without occurrence of skin and soft tissue infection and necrosis. Conclusions： Minimally invasive treatment of elderly Ill Pilon fractures good effect.
